The Little Things

Japan is all about the little things.  Let me tell you, they really make a difference! Everything one purchases is wrapped in a very deliberate way.  Vishaal and I went shopping in Shibuya and all my bags were normal paper bags you get at stores like Nordstroms.  However since it was a rainy day and it looked like would rain at any minute, the store clerk put "bag rain coats" on each of my shopping bags.  No joke, each of the stores have custom made plastic baggies that fit on top of their shopping bags.  All of my purchases stayed dry and I was amazed at the effort that the Japanese make to ensure that they get all the little things done right.
